 | | Bernd Tamsen – General Manager, Group Project Development Bernd is a mechanical engineer with more than twenty years of experience in the mining industry – mainly related to mobile equipment for open pit mines. His previous roles with Otraco include that of Project engineer for Western Australian mine sites and also General manager / Director for Otraco's South American operations. He has held various engineering / managerial roles with mining companies and leading equipment suppliers operating on projects across the African continent, including South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, the DRC and Tanzania. |

 | | Tony Cutler – Technical Manager Tony qualified as a mining engineer from Queensland’s St Lucia University in 1974. He worked for Hamersley Iron in the Pilbara for several years before joining Otraco. His roles with Otraco have included that of Project manager on two Pilbara operations, and at the Escondida mine in Chile; South American General manager/Director based in Antofagasta, Chile; and the Operations and Technical manager positions based in Perth, Western Australia. He consults to mining companies and OEM’s worldwide, presents to and mentors final year mining engineering students, and has written various technical and market oriented papers. |

 | | Pedro Pacheco – General Manager, South America Pedro Pacheco Iriarte is Chilean and a mechanical civil engineer with 10 years experience in the mining industry – mainly on large open pit operations in Chile, Brazil and Peru. Pedro has been working in tire management for nine years – the last five of those as the General manager of Otraco’s South American operations. |

 | | Neil Hoskin – Regional Manager, East & OTRACOM Project Manager Neil graduated with a Masters of engineering degree in 2003, from the University of Southampton (UK). He commenced work as a Project engineer with Otraco, based in Perth, Western Australia. His current role as Regional manager entails the management of Otraco operations on minesites throughout Eastern Australia, New Zealand and Canada, working from Brisbane, Queensland. Neil is also the Project manager for Otraco’s proprietary tyre management software system OTRACOM, which is used on minesites globally. Prior to joining Otraco, he worked in the aerospace and manufacturing industries, and was also involved in the deployment and testing of a corporate ERP system. |

 | | Ian Campbell – Regional Manager, North West Ian worked for a major tyre manufacturer in various technical roles over a 12 year period before joining Otraco in 2000. Since then he has held positions in quality management, safety management and technical support before moving into operations. Currently he is the Regional manager with responsibility for all Rio Tinto operations contracted to Otraco in Western Australia. |

 | | Andre Bode – Regional Manager, Southern Africa Andre has more than 20 years of experience in the tire industry in Southern Africa. During this period he hold various positions at executive level with companies involved in the supply and servicing of tires in earthmover, construction and on-highway applications. He joined Otraco in 2007 to manage regional operations. Andre holds a bachelor degree in commerce. |

 | | Barry Taylor – HSE Manager Barry is a Diploma qualified safety professional with a 30 year career in safety and environmental management. His extensive experience was gained through working across a wide range of industry sectors including aluminium smelting, underground coal mining, retail and consulting. He was also involved in health care with the largest public hospital in Queensland. Before taking up is current role with Otraco, Barry worked for a large mining contractor company for 14 years, including 10 years as Corporate HSE Manager. Barry leads a committed team of Otraco HSE professionals dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of HSE excellence at all the company's operations. |
 | | Tony Crilly - Training manager
Tony has been involved with Training and Assessment in both the public and private sectors for more than 20 years. He is highly experienced in safety-, processing- and open cut mining related training. Tony holds qualifications in Training, FLM and Resource Management. |
 | | David Hills – Commercial Manager Starting out in the mining industry in 1990 David commenced work as a geologist field assistant working extensively in the gold fields, Pilbara and NSW’s mining regions. These years culminated with him working as a registered mine manager for a heap leach operation situated in the Pilbara. On completing university in 2000, qualifying with a Bachelor of Finance and of Asian Studies, he spent several years working with Deloitte in Sydney, before returning to Perth and the mining industry undertaking roles at the CSIRO and Downer Mining prior to commencing at Otraco as the Commercial manager. |
